EPCs for commercial property
An EPC or energy performance report provides an estimate of the energy usage and carbon dioxide emissions of a commercial building, which is used to establish the energy efficiency of the property.
An EPC for a commercial property is a legal requirement for all commercial buildings, whatever their size, when they are sold or let.

All fees are excluding VAT and are based upon scaleable plans being available. If plans are not available there will be an additional charge of £50.
