References - tenant check

Once you have found the property you want to rent, we will need to complete background checks to assess your suitability as a tenant for that property. To do this we validate your income and seek references from your current landlord or letting agent as well as conducting a credit check. Your references must be completed before the tenancy agreement can be finalised.

If you have been sent a link to complete your references online with our referencing company HomeLet, then you can track their progress with your reference checks by simply clicking on this link online tenant references and logging in with the unique name and password that were issued to you when you submitted your reference online.

If you haven’t been sent a link to complete the reference process online then please contact the KFH lettings branch that you are registered with as we will need to complete this process before the tenancy can begin.
