The Lettings Manager from your local KFH lettings agent will carry out the property valuation for you. We can arrange this for a time that suits you, even after work or at the weekend. We’re open until 7pm Mondays to Thursdays, 6pm on Fridays and most offices are open until 4pm on Saturdays.

A property valuation normally takes about 45 minutes to complete. We will take a thorough look around the property and also research the recent rental yields of similar properties in your area.
