Let your London property

From a single studio to multi property estates, we help landlords to let and manage over 8,000 houses and flats London wide. You can find the right tenants for your home through one of our property letting agents across London.

We have over 20 branches of property letting agents all perfectly placed on high streets or near tube stations to meet with potential tenants. And with our coverage across the Capital we can reach further and wider to make sure your property gets in front of even more people.

Our London property letting agents will

  • Advise you on buy to let opportunities, the type of tenant you can expect to find and the return you can hope to get from your property investment
  • Keep you up to date with your legal obligations as a buy to let landlord and the latest safety regulations
  • Manage the property on your behalf. If you're happy to deal directly with your tenants when something needs fixing or there's a problem, that's fine. For those of you who are unable to become a full time landlord, we can manage the property for you and deal with the day to day running of the property, allowing you to concentrate on other things

Our letting commission is payable for the duration of the initial term of the tenancy and any extension or renewal.

If the tenancy ends prematurely, for whatever reason, we don't automatically refund commission paid for the unexpired term, but we will not charge commission twice on any overlap period.

If we're unable to secure a new tenant within two months of being instructed to relet your property and it is subsequently let by another agent or person we will refund commission paid from the date of the early termination. Our full terms and conditions are available from any of our London letting agents.

We’re members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, so you can be doubly sure that everything will be handled properly.

If you have a property to let, talk to one of our London letting agents. Contact one of our estate agents online, by phone or by dropping into a local branch. For larger scale developments with over 20 flats or houses, use our specialist block management team.
