On the street
We're more than just an estate agent online. We've got 50 offices across London, staffed with local estate agents who know their own area back to front. Right now, we have over 3,000 boards on London’s streets outside our clients’ properties – bringing in regular, targeted enquiries.
On the mat
We give your property for sale added profile by targeting specific areas with postcard mailers. These are used to advertise a new property or invite potential buyers to book a viewing at an open day, where we launch a property to the market.

Lettings
If you’re looking to find a temporary place to live we have many properties to rent. We understand the needs of tenants just as well as those of landlords. From our network of 25 lettings offices across London, we negotiate around 5,000 tenancies each year.
Appointing your solicitor
Londonwide Conveyancing or LWC can take the guesswork out of appointing a solicitor and help make the process easy and fast. We’ll put you in touch with one of our London based solicitors, each chosen for their property expertise and their track record.
Surveying your property
The only way to truly know the value of your next home and the quality and condition of its structure is to have it assessed by a professional. Our chartered surveyors work within the strict guidelines set down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and have a team of qualified surveyors operating in London and the south of England.
Lease extension service
If the lease on your property has 80 years or less to run and you’ve been the owner for at least two years, then now might be the right time to think about a lease extension.
Arranging your mortgage
We’ll talk to you honestly about mortgage types, rates and protection, and explain your options clearly to help you make the right decision. We’re up to speed on the latest offers, movements in interest rates and mortgage types and likely changes ahead. We’ll tell you what’s possible and we won't push you.
We don’t charge for our advice. Instead we simply charge a fee for arranging your mortgage. A typical fee is £399, we will never charge more than 1.5% of the value of the mortgage.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
