Property open days - property for sale in London

Open days are a great way of inviting serious buyers to see your property all in one short time period, rather than having buyers viewing individually. Most of our property open days take place on weekends as this is when buyers have more time to look around properties they are interested in.

We’ll set aside an hour or so for the open day and personally invite buyers that we know are looking for properties for sale like yours. We can also send out invites to the local area to let more potential buyers know that your property is on the market. Each buyer will be allocated a time slot and staff from your local London KFH estate agent office will be on hand to answer any questions.

We can also market your open day further a field so as many potential buyers as possible have the opportunity to view the property for sale

• We'll advertise it on your 'for sale' board if you have one
• We also find that many people have friends or family who want to move to be closer to them. So we'll send information on the open day to local residents; it's a great way of keeping them informed of any properties for sale in their area
