How do I find mortgage advice and make a home loan application?

There are lots of different types of home mortgages available and with the range of mortgage types and rates, the choice may seem overwhelming.  A mortgage advisor can make it easier to find the right mortgage or remortgage for you and will explain your options and process the mortgage application on your behalf.  We have financial services advisors across London who have contacts in most of the UK’s mortgage lenders.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We don't charge for our mortgage advice. Instead, we simply charge a fee for arranging your home loan . A typical fee is £399. We will never charge more than 1.5% of the value of the mortgage.
