- Inspect the property and site in detail at least once a month to ensure all buildings and grounds are in good order and all services are working
- Recruit, supervise and manage contractors and staff - we'll prepare specifications, get quotations and appoint the right people
- Make time to deal with any unexpected work and contracts
- Negotiate, renew and manage specialist maintenance contracts
- Deal with individual residents' questions
- Manage your insurance - we'll arrange and renew the right level of cover, get valuations (not included in our fees) and handle claims
- Assign properties when necessary, keeping up to date registers of leaseholders and tenants and all appropriate property records
- Attend the AGM and other management meetings
- Plan for the cost of future repairs and renewals
