Richard Cleminson, Commercial and Land Director

Richard provides expert advice on all aspects of buying and selling commercial property, and deals directly with a number of established clients.

He advises clients looking for land investments, and works closely with our New Homes team and local sales offices to identify new opportunities.

Richard joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 1986, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1992. He founded our Commercial department in 1990, and since 2006 has also managed the Land department.

Robin Irwin-Brown,  Land Agent

Robin acts on behalf of land owners and developers on land projects varying in size from single unit developments to working with some of London’s biggest development companies for land acquisitions. Robin works closely with KFH sales managers to monitor local land opportunities.

Robin joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 2004 starting in Residential Sales. He progressed to the Land team in 2006 and thrives on working with clients throughout the development process and building long term relationships.

James Moorhouse, Senior Commercial Surveyor

James works across our whole commercial property business, dealing with buying and selling a wide range of investments. James acts on behalf of landlords and tenants for rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.

James joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 1998, having previously worked for a niche retail specialist in the West End. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the same year.
