Richard Cleminson, Professional Services Director
Richard provides expert advice on all aspects of buying and selling commercial property, and all related professional work, including valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
In addition he advises clients looking to buy or sell commercial and mixed use development opportunites.
Richard joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 1986, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in March 1992. He founded our Commercial Department in 1990, and since 2006 has also managed the Commercial Land Department.

James Moorhouse, Senior Commercial Surveyor
James works across the whole commercial property business, dealing with buying and selling a wide range of vacant properties and investment opportunities. James acts on behalf of landlords and tenants for rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.
James joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in 1998, having previously worked for a niche retail specialist in the West End. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the same year.

Alex Collison, Commercial Negotiator and Trainee Surveyor
Alex has worked with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward since October 2009 and is currently carrying out his APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) with the RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors).
Alex deals with all aspects of commercial property, specialising in agency, both acquisitions and disposals.

Shaun Amendra, Trainee Surveyor and Commercial Negotiator
Shaun has joined Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward as part of our Surveying Graduate Training Scheme and is based in our Bromley survey office. Shaun's role encompasses a cross section of surveying work, including commercial agency and professional work.
