The awards ceremony

In January we hold our glittering, black tie, annual awards conference and dinner. It is a chance for all of us to get together and congratulate and reward branches, managers, mortgage advisors, surveyors and all our people.

Catching up

Based in London there’s never a shortage of venues for us to choose from. We like to get together quite often to chat and catch up. We feel it’s an important way of keeping in touch and building a strong team spirit.

 

Training and your career progression

One of our core strengths is the quality of our training and development work.  When you join us we’ll make sure that your training and development is tailored to your role.

Our in house training department along with industry experts and external consultants provide excellent, up to date and relevant courses.  Training is based on our business needs, both long and short term and is designed with the heads of each department.  This is complemented with IT, compliance and professional development training to ensure you are fully equipped with the skills you need.
