As a landlord your income depends on two things finding the right tenants, and keeping your property well maintained to protect its long term value. Our property managers can help you do both.

How we can manage your property

Even if you don’t let your property through us, you can still use our property management service. As part of our property management service, we will:

• Visit your property twice a year and make sure it’s in top condition. If we think any work needs doing, we’ll let you know
• Arrange day to day maintenance, redecoration and repairs on your behalf
• Give you advice on how to make the best of your property and enhance its value
• Handle the accounts and keep you up to date on rent payments and any maintenance spending

Our service is charged and calculated as a percentage of the rent.

As an established letting agent in London, we’re members of ARLA, the Association of Residential Letting Agents, and we follow the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) residential management code.
